Villa Mon Repos is about 800 square meters (360 square meters indoor and 440 square meters outdoor) & sleeps 12 people. This is one of the few villas in the Amalfi Coast that you can access from the street without have to climb many stairs (from the garage there is the private elevator that leads to the different floors of the villa).

Villa Mon Repos is a villa with many private terraces with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool with Jacuzzi. It is a stones throw from the town centre with many shops and restaurants.

The Villa it is ideal for large families or friends that want to stay together but at the same time have their own privacy.

Private swimming pool with jacuzzi – it is 6, 20 x 4, 00 meters large, & from 0.30 to 1.60 meters deep.The Jacuzzi area has six seats with vents engaged for the massage of the lumbar spine and the vertebral column. Besides the whirlpool, the swimming pool has a drop-down water feature and a lighting consisting of six headlights of 50W. It is open from April to the beginning of November.

Terrace: THE LARGE TERRACE around the swimming pool has about 200 square meters and it is equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas. From the terrace, you will have a stunning view of the sea and of Positano. You will reach the terrace and the swimming pool from each floor of the villa

On the ground floor, you will find the private garage (for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size cars). You will reach the garage from the main street. The elevator will bring you from the garage to the different floors of the villa.

FIRST FLOOR

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE FIRST BATHROOM has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

THE FIRST KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and the pool table. From the living room, you will access to a private terrace of about 35 square meters covered with transparent glass panels.

2023 BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed):

– arrival times: between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.

– departure times: before 10.00 a.m.

– any delays or variations must be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival. No refund will be given if the guest is unable to take up residence of the property on the expected day or at the scheduled time owing to travel problems. The same rule applies to early departure

Initial payment – 30% of total due. This can be refunded only within 30 days of initial booking request.

After which this initial payment will be considered a non-refundable confirmation.

Second payment of 30% of your total fee is due before January 31 the year of your arrival.

Final Balance of 40% – due 2 months prior to your arrival date

A security refundable deposit of 2000 euro to be paid cash at the check in.

 In the event of cancellation on the part of the tenant, he/she will be entitled to reimbursement of the rental fee subject to the deduction of the following penalties:

30% of total rental fee if cancellation is notified before 60 days before the start of rental period;

50% if cancellation is notified between 59 and 30 days before the start of rental period;

80% if cancellation is notified between 29 and 15 days before the start of rental period;

100% if cancellation is notified within 14 days before the start of rental period.
